Carmen R. Medine was born and raised in Mid-City, New Orleans. She received her Paralegal Certificate at UNO in 2003 and a Political Science Bachelor’s Degree at UNO in 2010. She started off as a legal secretary and became a Paralegal for Chip immediately upon earning her Paralegal Certificate. Carmen is currently working as our Senior Litigation Paralegal on our Litigation Team. Carmen has been a committed and loyal employee of The Law Offices of Warren A. “Chip” Forstall since 2000 and has gained extensive knowledge and experience throughout her tenure with our office.
Carmen proudly served in the U.S. Army for 3 years as a 92A (Automated Logistics Specialist). During her service, she served in Kuwait for 6 months in 1998 and was honorably discharged in April 1999. She earned The Army Commendation Medal for her diligent duty throughout her enlistment. She also earned The Army Achievement Medal for her support and accomplishments during her deployment to Kuwait for Operation Desert Thunder while serving with the 209th Military Police Company.
Carmen enjoys helping others and raising funds for those in need. In her spare time, she enjoys to travel with her husband and is not one to sit still for very long. She also loves to be surrounded by her Hispanic Heritage and supports her Hispanic community when given the opportunity.
