Monalisa Johnson serves as Marketing Director (Fractional) + Production Lead and Strategic Media Advisor, bringing more than three decades of experience in advertising, media buying, and production. Her relationship with the firm began in 1999 through her agency, Sierra Media Productions, where she led advertising and production initiatives. In 2024, she stepped into an expanded role providing ongoing marketing strategy, leadership, and oversight.

She focuses on aligning creative, media investment, and brand positioning to drive meaningful, measurable growth. Her experience spans television, digital, and audio campaigns, where she is known for bringing clarity, structure, and consistency to complex marketing efforts. Monalisa takes a hands-on approach to ensure alignment and accountability across every phase of execution, supporting teams in delivering work that meets a high standard.

Having spent nearly two decades in New Orleans, she considers the city a second home and brings that cultural perspective into her work.
