Jaclyn Culbertson, Litigation Paralegal

JACLYN CULBERTSON

Jaclyn Culbertson grew up in Metairie, Louisiana, and now calls New Orleans home, where she lives with her husband and son. A graduate of Delgado Community College with a Legal Assistant Certification of Technical Studies, Jaclyn brings more than 17 years of experience in the legal field, with an extensive background in personal injury, workers’ compensation, and complex litigation.

Throughout her career, Jaclyn has developed a reputation for being organized, dependable, and meticulous in her work. Her experience includes managing cases throughout the litigation process, drafting legal documents and discovery, conducting legal research, coordinating medical and billing records, preparing medical and deposition summaries, managing critical court deadlines, and handling state and federal court filings. She has also demonstrated the ability to independently manage demanding litigation caseloads while keeping cases organized and moving forward.

What Jaclyn enjoys most about working in personal injury law is having the opportunity to help people during what can be an overwhelming and uncertain time in their lives. She approaches every case with care, attention to detail, and a commitment to making the process easier for both clients and the attorneys she supports. Her collaborative approach and willingness to adapt have made her a trusted member of the legal teams she has worked with throughout her career.

Outside of the office, Jaclyn enjoys taking care of her plants, reading, and spending time with her family - including playing video games with her husband and son.
