I was in a terrible car accident the day after thanksgiving in 24. I had no clue where to begin with it being my 1st accident ever in life. Came into the office and spoke with Ms Carmen, she made my experience so easy and put every thing into dummy terms shall I say for me. Hopefully I never have to experience this again but if so I will be back and I recommend trying them out if ever n a bond … thank me later
